This drill press was given to me during the purchase of another machine in June of 2022. Was in very good shape, just minor surface rust throughout. Seemed well taken care of. The gentleman was a machinist.

Had not heard of the manufacturer till I did some research.
Virtually no documentation about this drill press on the internet.
I'd say it's 1930s because this style phased out in the 1940s.

I really like the look and feel of this drill press. Runs very smooth.

Update 8/25/22:
This is restored now. Changed the leather belt for a round poly belt. Even with just a small 1/4hp motor the belt adds good torque.
I've drilled wood, metal, and sheet goods with little effort.
Found holes for where the badge was. No badge unfortunately.
