This is my present table saw set up,just completed today, and hopfully this will be the last one , there have been 28 different shop layouts in the last 6 yrs.
And redecorating with 1000-2500 lb machines is No walk in the park.

This has ended all my past fusturations with 5 ft wide sheet goods .
There are Five ( 5 ) Tablesaws in this table system .

On the Main cutting side we have a Hendrick P 8 Ft 15" Overhead Beam Panel Saw
with remote controls 220/1 2HP ( stand unpainted for now )primmer red steel.
c/w automatic/manual traverse 120/1 3/4 HP
( used to cut 1/4 sheet triangles or any Long angled cuts, anything free hand)
Saw can be set up to tilt 45 degrees right and left .

Then 9 Ft away,is a SAC 12" 9 Ft Sliding Panel Saw 208/3 7.5 HP
c/w 4" scoring blade with seperate motor 208/3 1 HP
with a 9 Ft Rip ,over 9"6" crosscut. 208/3 7.5 HP
( used for Long Mitres/cross cutting )
The Hendrick and the SAC both share the sliding table for SAC
as a sheet support for the cutoff side of the Hendrick.

Packed beside that I have a General 350 550/3 5 HP 10" Right Tilt Table Saw
(used for small mitres and Ripping work)and right beside that is my built in
router table .
Both the General and the Router table ( Porter Cable )share the same fence .

On the Secondary Cutting side I have a
Powermatic 71, 575/3 7.5 HP 12" Table saw Left Tilt ( used for wider Mitres)
and packed beside that we have a
Rockwell 10" Unisaw Table saw 220/1 1.5 HP Right Tilt ( used for Daddos )
Both these saws share the same Unifence .

It took me over 8 hrs to figire out this setup to be able to get the maxium
use out of each machine , and another 8 hrs to level all the machines to each
other over the 17 ft wide by 10 ft long area,The basic table measure 7 Ft wide
and 8 Ft long, and has one 9 drawer section underneath for sandpaper storage, and a
8 drawer section for blade storage, and another cabinet for the scroll saw storage.

All the machines have been totally stripped, re-built , then painted my
favorite HUTCH green, as all the machines and cabinets are , it's just a
lovely sea of green in here.
This table saw set up uses 575/3 , 550/3 ,208/3 , 220/1 ,120/1
and has extra panel box plug ins to test machines as they are brought in
The table has a custom built dust collector port that allows me to switch
from machine to machine, that closes the other 4 machines off when they
are not in use , and just has the one port open at a time.
Each saw is used for only the one specific task , so that blades
last alot longer and hardly never need to be changed .

I really wish that all these manufacturer's could have gotton together
to standardize a table height.

the system has since been busted up , with the Hendrick moving to the back of the shop
and the Unisaw was sold to owwm Memeber Pierre427, here local in Ottawa, but the other 3 saws remain
in the set up , but the 71 will come out and the set up changed to house 3 Delta HD shapers instead
