I am in the process of putting this jointer into service. I purchased it last year from the Middlesex County, NJ Vo-tech. It is replacing an older 144 I just sold. I purchased a lathe at another auction and it came with a short grinding rail, I tried explaining it to the auctioneer it didn't go with the lathe, his reply, "it's the same color". I'll fit it to this machine.
