This grinder goes back at least to my grandfather. I'm assuming it's Model SK 6 because the wheel is 6". I'm also assuming it is approximately 1931 vintage because the company was founded in 1930, the picture matches a 1931 publication, and the decal says General Grinder Corp. whereas the company changed its name the following year to General Hardware Corp. But it's entirely possible that I've connected the dots incorrectly. The first two pictures are shortly after I began to clean it up when my father handed it down to me. The decal did not survive intact. The last picture is after cleaning and reassembly. The tool rest is missing.
