Cast and highlighted in gold paint: The Frank H. Clement Co. Rochester N.Y.
A friend owned this in the late 90's not far from Rochester (where it was made). I rescued it when he moved south and didn't have room for it.
Wooden table from new.
Has a nifty tension indicating gauge.
Upper wheel is laminated wood with iron spokes, lower wheel is cast iron
Appears all original and missing little to nothing.
It's a very well designed and made bandsaw in my estimation; having owned, repaired, restored, and/or used quite a few big old bandsaws by now.
A neat saw.
