I got this table saw and a Jointer from a man that was moving, and didn't want to take them with him. He also gave me a lot of Information on these Machines on PDF files, and must have done a lot of research to obtain them, which was greatly Appreciated. The Motor, not the original, is a 1/2 HP, 3450 rpm, Westinghouse. The Saw and Jointer(Delta Homecraft, Delta Milwaukee) evidently were a combo, than fit on one stand, but the stand didn't come with them. So I mounted the saw on it's own. The saw needed some cosmetic restoring, repainting, and had to make a blade cover. Made a "rinky dink" saw dust catcher out of an old gallon tea jug to keep the dust off the motor. Tried to take a "short cut" with just a paint job, waste of time and paint. Then I did it the Right Way, took the saw apart, cleaned the table slide rods, which needed it, and other parts inside, and then painted it. I'll put a Picture on here what the combo unit looked like originally too.
