Bought at a going out of business/retirement auction of a construction company in Kinsley, Ks for $180. Frankly, its in remarkable condition with the original paint prolly being at 90-95%. My son-in-law was wanting one and I’ll go thru it before giving it to him. Bearings sound good, but I may replace em anyway. The motor is one of the old oil tube types, so my thought is that it has felt wicks leading to bronze sleeves rather than actual bearings. We shall see.

That’s it in the back of my truck after the auction. Only post auction pic I had. And yes, that’s an upside down FFU in front of it. Separate post on that one. And yes, I have the dust cover.

At home in my garage the next day pending move to the storage shed. I’ll grease the table first since the shed is not climate controlled.

After opening it up, I’m pretty sure that switch is original. And it works. Cool.

It even had the original seller’s tag. While the name of the business is unreadable, I google mapped the address in Wichita and its all boarded up. No luck there.

The final product. I have a friend w access to FREE oak slabs. The base is from an old Craftsman table saw I got from my Dad’s farm. I also switched out the motor for a 1HP motor from another Craftsman table saw. New paint and bearings everywhere.
