Acquired this on FB Market for $200 in April of 2022. It was listed as "Standing Saw" in the description with no pictures of the badge. Had been on there for a few months. I knew what it was as soon as a saw the base.
I believe it was someone's grandpa's saw. A Relative was selling it. He said the original owner had passed about 2 years ago. They didn't know much about the saw's history. Only thing they could tell me is that he was a cabinetmaker that did a lot of work for the big theme park here in FL (that I shall not name). The mascot is a mouse, or sometimes the pixie.
It came the with the original 1HP geared motor, all IDs intact, an incomplete fence, and the original 3 piece extension wings.
UPDATE 7/1/22: This is fully restored now. I had to modify the geared motor to convert it to belt driven. The gears were too worn and making too much noise. Would've like direct drive, but it is what it is. I had the arbor from the motor modified as well to fit a texrope pulley.
Adding an aftermarket fence (Excalibur TT45) and making my own extension wings.
