I acquired this machine not knowing the brand but after some cleaning I found the Washburn Shops badge. I have restored the machine for use in my home shop. It has a 1/4" 3 phase motor so I'm using a small 1 phase to 3 phase Inverter Drive (VFD) to power it. I mounted the VFD separately as to not distract from the vintage look. While doing some research I discovered the Smithsonian Library has documentation on the Washburn Shops, including the manual for this grinder. I was very fortunate to have received a scanned copy of the manual. I am checking with the Smithsonian to see if I am allowed to post the manual on the forum.
