Acquired this Drill Press in Feb.2022 on an OfferUp Selling Site. It was a DP-220, 14 inch, Delta Milwaukee, there was No Mfg. Plate on the Machine as to Model or Serial Number. So to save another Vintage Machine, I decided to Restore it for Posterity, and put it on this Site with all the other Machines I've Restored. I think it had the Original 1/4 H.P. Hoover Motor, but not sure if Hoover was Original. I disassembled the machine, cleaned it, primed it and repainted it. I know the paint I used was NOT the Original color, but I like it anyway, and have restored many other Machines using the same Color, which is:Rust-Oleum #7784830 Gloss Charcoal Gray. The Paint I used on the Motor was: Rust-Oleum #223525 Multi Colored Textured AGED IRON, and I thought made the Motor look nice. I love to save these old Vintage Machines to last many more years for the people who like to use them.
