Purchased from a Chicago foundry bankruptcy sale. This was in the patternmakers' shop. I believe it was made by the foundry workers. Alas, there were no employees to talk with to learn more of it's history.

They were using it with an Oliver outboard lathe stand. And a 1750rpm motor driving it.
