Sander is missing the original table and dust shroud. Sander has been modified with the piece of angle iron between the motor and the pedestal. Pedestal is also reversed in photo.
Sander is three phase 220/440
S/N is not quite visible, but I will add if I can see it.

This is actually a hybrid. The base is a Porter-Cable D-2 and the motor / disc is from an older D-1. A previous owner made the angled bracket to mate the two halves together.
