acquired in Jan of 2006 off ebay . Was located in southern NJ.
Machine was rebuilt and repainted to match the other machines here.
Machine is 2 Hp 220 Volt Single phase on saw head.
3/4 Hp 220 Volt carrige traverse motor with adjustable speed.
Has remote controls for Forward and Reverse , Stop and Start and Pause anywhere
in the cut field.Has automatic and Manual mode for the head traverse.
Has oilers for the traverse bars .
Saw Can accept up a 16" blade with 1 " arbor .
Bigger blades can be used with removing blade cover ( up to about 30" )
the height adjustment is about 10 inches , and the heights on the two columbs
can be set at different height to obtain a tappered cut.
Main carrige can be set at any angle + or - 50 degree's
100 " ( 8'4") max Rip length.
machine is just over 11 feet long and sits at 35" in height.
Saw sits on massive 8" by 8" 3/8" steel I beam and leg set up
Will be put up on casters so I can move it out of the way if needed.
Saw is set up with small angular set up table to cut sheets triangular
where the other end of the sheet is held by the other SAC panel saws
cross cut table
Sheets can be cut without the fence , anywhere in the cut feild without hold downs.
Very handy for free hand angular cuts .
