I purchased this model on eBay for $45 during the summer of 2005. It was made by Rockwell/Delta during the 1940s and sold under their more affordable "Homecraft" line of machines. It appears in the Homecraft catalog of 1948, and is listed as model number 28-110. This model retailed for $39.95 back in the day. (a PDF file of this catalog is available from this website under the Delta Manufacturing Co. category.) From the pictures you can see that I have made some progress in restoring this model back to its former glory. I replaced the cracked and dried rubber tires with some high-tech orange PVC tires that are available in various sizes on eBay. I also had to file the upper wheel-tensioning groove so it could be extended to accommodate a 72" blade. (I think originally it would have taken about a 70" blade. Good luck finding one unless you can weld your own!) I have been pleased with its performance, though a fence would be an improvement.
