This motor is on a Cincinnati #1-1/2 Universal Milling Machine from approximately 1907-1912. My estimation is that the milling machine was originally powered by a line shaft and changed over to a dedicated electric motor sometime around WW2. Not shown in these pictures was a framework above the motor that a Warner T-92 transmission was mounted to and used to transfer power to the 10" flat pulley on the milling machine.
