from DeVoe estate, see page 28 of the Herberts Machinery Co catalog to find these guys. A lot of the stuff from the DeVoe estate was manufactured around or near Los Angeles, I am sure this was original paint/colors, largely as found, I cleaned them some and I had to clean and oil the shafts, they were seized solid after many decades sitting in his hand-dug basement
