I picked this up as a barter, and felt we both got a fair deal out of it. This saw works great. PO kept the oil changed and is currently a golden color. Runs and cuts beautifully. PO said this saw was manufactured in 1964, and I have not found any evidence to agree or disagree. He really seems to know a ton about vintage hand held power tools, so I am taking him at his word. Been looking for one for a while and happy to have found this one.
