After selling my Super 900 RAS for $100 I found this 30C on CL for $200 October of 2017. It was recently tuned and lubed, the paint was great and the cabinet was the big selling point as I'm a sucker for Delta bases. It runs beautifully and with just 1hp has surprised me on its ability to cut through 8/4 hardwood. It sits next to my Uni and solely used for crosscuts. I've yet to come up with DC for it as it needs to be slightly mobile in my shop. Lighting in that area is also not ideal, so a small, but powerful flashlight is mounted to the guard where the pawls would be installed. My plans are to go through the motor when time allows.
I attempted to research it's DOB and the closest I can get is 1955 give or take. This based on the machines tags, catalogs and threads online combined. If anyone has a more concrete date or other information please feel free to leave me a message.
