This grinder was pulled out of a waterfront fabrication/repair shop in Chelsea, Ma. From what I could see the dock area
was still active in the repairing and restoring of tugboats. This is a tank of a grinder. The 2 wheel guard/table units each sit on a V groove and are designed to
adjust to the size of the grinding wheel as the wheel wears down.
