just picked this up in Wisconsin. PO, (a fine gentleman), stated he had it for almost 50 years. he stated it came from a sporting good store from main street in Oconomowac.....He could not remember the name......Which is a very distant suburb of Milwaukee. he also had all of the original tooling that came with it as a package in 1925. Has the clutch countershaft which works very well.......4' bed. (((Lathe had never been cleaned....but well oiled....))) very little run out. set up with repaired table from previous owner....temporarily set up as i am moving soon..... complete set of original change gears came with lathe and they were in its original t-stand.....all gears were never used and frozen together from the original oil which was crystalized...almost 100 years ago.....pretty cool....... cast into the inside of the bed....is 4-11-24. I believe this to be shipped in 1925. all individual parts are stamped with same 3 digit number.....original scrapings on the weighs still present...very nice lathe.....also came with a 1/3hp centrifical starting Century motor......
