I listed this as a Machine Size of 8" because the tool length is approximately 8-1/2" in length (although it might be considered as a
4" angle grinder).
It is my understanding that Dayton Electric MFG Co. is owned by W.W. Grainger and their hydraulics and pneumatics support team tells
me this Dayton name is actually just a name given for it by Florida Pneumatic (much the same as the Craftsman name is the brand that Sears and Roebuck had)
