This is a Kessco badged version of the same Munding presses posted here. As of yet we haven't been able to find any record or notation of a Kessco company making these presses. I can only assume it was made sometime after the Cleveland Tapping era. Any information about the Kessco company and it's role in the manufacture of these presses would be welcome. This press has a 3/4HP Baldor motor, 3 3/8" column and weighs in around 600 lbs. Length of the slotted table/base is 44" with 31" of usable table surface. The auxiliary table tilts. 18" travel on the 24" arm between 6" and 24" from the column. Jacobs 18N SuperChuck on the MT2 arbor/spindle. Quill travel 6+". Built in jack shaft with four step pulleys for 16 speeds; RPM TBD. No OEM quill return spring; spring added by previous owner.

It came to me from the estate of a collector/machinist in CA.

All photos are "as received."
