I bought this lathe in pieces about 4 or 5 years ago at an estate sale for $50. I recently made a strong enough steel support for it and completely disassembled the lathe and restored it to fully functional condition. Found an old Italian switch and made an inclosure for it. Rebuilt the Jack & Heintz 1/4 HP motor myself. Lathe works good.
