I have had this lathe since 1990. I bought it in a parking lot at an auction. I have never found any information until now. It works by a ratchet mechanisim in the fly wheel, it has two belts attached to it, when you push down with your foot(1st belt is conected to the foot pedal) you create a pumping motion and the secound belt is spring loaded and brings the center of the fly wheel back in position and causes the ratchet motion. It is in the as found condition.
