Darex M5 Precision Drill Sharpener Grinder.
Bought used from San Diego Unified School District in an auction. Was covered in surface rust but refurbished it to its present condition.
Had a Baldor Grinder tag on the bottom 1/3 HP 4.2 Amps. Very smooth running and quiet.
Earlier versions of this machine utilized a regular Baldor 6” Bench Grinder with little to no modifications.
The newer ones like this version just used the motor and wheel guards/covers and the base was completely modified around it for the attachments.
Drill collets 1/8”-1/2”, 1/2”-3/4”, 3/4”-1-1/8”
