Bought from San Diego Grossman Unified School District. Was used in there metal shops but was sold when they closed most of them.

Baldor GA23 Edge Tool Sharpening Attachment for 7”, 8”, and 10” Bench Grinders
Used in place of a tool rest

Delta Rockwell offers the same tool part number 1294 and also 23-294
Unsure of actual manufacturer, but Delta has a brochure with the tool from 1941
