Planer knife grinder, originally designed for an Oliver 199 planer. I believe the assembly was also later used as part of the grinder assembly on the early 399 planers and on the 166 jointers. At some point in the late 30's or early 40's the grinder assemblies for those two models were completely redesigned. No history available for this particular grinder.
