I do not own this saw.
I saw this listed on CL. Located in Mentor, OH. ($40) Ad description; Vintage working band saw on home-made stand with locking casters. Motor is 3/4 hp Continental at 3600 RPM. Made in Canada.

I reached out to the seller to ask if I could post their photos and if there was a backstory. "I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY HISTORY. I PICKED IT UP AT A GARAGE SALE 30 YRs AGO. Never used it. It is good working condition. Go ahead and post it."
