I purchased this grinder with cast iron pedestal base from an estate sale for $75.00. For this rebuild, I stripped everything and primed and painted the grinder and pedestal with Krylon Gloss Pewter Gray. I replaced the bulbs with LEDs and installed new lenses. I split the wiring for the lights and added a light switch and logo plate to the pedestal. I replaced the one broken tool rest with a used original tool rest and added a cast iron water pot and new stone wheels. I am very pleased with how this rebuild came out.
