I saw this machine on Craig's List but I really didn't need another table saw. The person then changed the listing to "Machine set on curb. Free to the first person to take it. I couldn't let it rust away or end up in the dump. The table has some rust pitting (especially the extensions) and it was missing the lock handle for the fence. I made replacements and the miter gauge is not original. I took it all apart and replaced the 3 3/8"x16" V-belts and the bearings. Original bearings were metric 19x47x14 which I could find but they were $50 each. I ended up getting (TOPROL 6204 RS 3/4 Bearing 6204 2RS-12 3/4x47X14) Almost an exact match but the ID is +0.005", so I ordered Loctite 37424 640 High Strength Sleeve Retainer to hold the shaft to the bearing. The Cutler-Hammer magnetic switch I salvaged off of another old machine and added to the table saw. I plan on moving it from the base (hard to reach) to closer to the edge of the saw. There are 2 tapped holes already in the cast iron top, I just need to make a bracket.
