Bought this at a Garage sale. owner bought it used. He did hobbies including the wood triangle marble checker games. This is a Tomlee model 75 12" benchtop drill press. It appears it has its original 1/3hp Westinghouse motor. A nice feature is the slow speed pulley set with its own grease cup mounted on top of the main post. So far I have not seen a tomlee with this arrangement. It has a Jacobs Multi-Craft No. 33 1/2" Chuck. The front pulley shroud/cover is missing. hoping to find a replacement.

"DP-603" is cast into the side of the main arm/drill head making me think this is a casting number code however I have seen similar codes on Walker Turner presses. Unsure if they are sharing castings?

The finish is crinkle dark green and looks like it will clean up nicely; ill post pics when clean.

Because the previous owner was doing a lot of repetitive work he arranged a custom switch that turned on and off as the quill is lowered and raised. See pictures. This seems to me a dangerous set-up mostly because I am not used to it. Cant decide yet if I will remove or leave in place. In fact when i was looking at it trying to check runout i bumped with handle which lowered the quill and it turned on with the chuck in my hand. I escaped injury but dang scared me.
