History of Saw:
Original owner of Saw had it for about 50 years.
I’ve had Saw for about 19 years.
When Sears/ Craftsman offered this saw, the 10” saw had a 3/4 hp motor, and the 12” saw had a 1 hp motor, otherwise they are the same saw.
Update:
In April 2021, I changed the original Emerson 3/4 hp #113.19053 out for a 1 hp motor #113.19090, but did not wire motor to 240 volts until Dec. 2022
Also, I had a 6 degree positive hook blade sharpened to 3 degree positive hook, and it seems to help feeding.
Cut quality is excellent.
Table is made so that zero clearance top is easy to replace with 3/4 “ plywood.
This saw is used to make square cuts only , and it stays real accurate.
