Comments:

This model differs from all others so far seen in three respects:
(1) it has a more elevated stance,
(2) the infeed table has no lip around the perimeter,
(3) there is a large cutout on the rabbeting ledge of the infeed table around the inboard end of the cutterhead.

In all other respects, especially the unusual fence, it matches the Palmer D. Weeks/Barton design. Curious.
