This shaper was most likely manufactured by Jochnick & Norrmans Mekaniska Verkstad. In Värnamo in Sweden.
It looks very similar to their shapers except for a few minor details that may or may not depend on date of manyfacture. The plate explaining the settings of the gear box has text in Swedish and looks fairly similar to theirs. Though there is no badge with neithe maker's name nor serial number on it.

I bought it in 2018 from an aquintance in Övermark who had never used it. My aquintance had gotten it several years earlier as part of a barter from one of his aquintances who hadn't used it either. He had in his turn gotten it as part of a batch of secondhand machines he bought from Sweden.

At the moment the shaper is awaiting a proper rebuild.
