Comments:
Barn find at a farm estate sale. No motor but otherwise complete. Pinion gears were stripped and a fellow OWWMer machined a replacement. Period correct 1/4 HP motor came out of inventory. The PO had- very long ago- added a switch to the front of the press, running the cord through a pipe to the rear of the machine. I removed this for now. This press has the optional MT2 spindle, we use it with taper drills mostly. Buffalo Forge called this a 10-Inch 3-Speed Bench Drill in their 1929 catalog No. 801. Rear bearing needs to be re-poured
