This machine came from the "thrift store" at the University of Oklahoma. It has the 1028 multi-speed attachment that is missing the support collar. Neither the head nor the motor have a nameplate and the original switch was replaced with what you see. The machine works fine and cost $50 without the chuck. It will get a fitting restoration in my "spare" time.
