Comments:
I pulled into the church parking lot to pick up my daughter from an after school program, and there it was in the back yard of the house in front of me. The owner said he'll be glad to be rid of it, that it's been there since before he bought the house, and that the previous owner said it took 10 men to put it there. It's missing a number of pieces, but nothing that can't be made on my mill and metal lathe. It's a rare and high enough quality machine to invest the time, money, and effort for a full restoration. I have nicknamed it the Titanic because it's so massive and sunken in the mud at least 12". Fay & Egan made one size bigger than this, the Victor #7. I would guess this one to weigh 3000-4000lbs. Further pictures and posts will come as I move it and go through the restoration process.
