From Ken Cope's "American Foot Powered and Hand Powered Machinery"
The scroll saw No, 7 was introduced 1n 1882 as a renaming of the Large Size Saw." The No. 7 was redesigned with a new drive system in 1885.
The Saw picturedwas acquired on Groundhog Day 2021. It is complete except for the wooden treadle.
