Stumbled upon this machine on a Craigslist listing. There weren't any on here yet, so I thought I would add it. The seller's description is given below:

"This is a cool old machine that is rare and unusual.
It is in very good condition.
The table is nominally 3 by 3 foot and 34" from the ground.
The motor is 3 phase 1/2 HP.
The spindle is 5/8" left hand thread. The motor vertical travel is 3 1/2".
You will have to make your own adapter to the 5/8" spindle to use this as a sander or shaper."
