Found this on Kijiji Ontario. It appears to be an uncommon machine especially with the very heavy cast iron base. It looks like the writing on the machine was painted gold from the factory so when I get around to fully restoring it I will do the same.
The machine works very well though the fence is a bit small. The surface of the fence looks like it's been scraped in by hand.
