This is one of the oldest machines that came out of the PA. Pattern Shop.It looks like the guy's in the shop fitted the cross slide onto this lathe at some point to do their hollowing work. The lathe had a cabinet full of tooling with it (3-faceplates,1 single tool rest,1 double tool rest,2 bango's,lots of centers and cutters). The lathe has been converted to a v-belt drive pulley. An electric motor and mount were added in the late 1960's or 1970's when they trying to get all the machines to run without the line shaft
for the insurance company.I do have the flat belt pulley and countershaft with 2 hangers. This should make one nice looking lathe when it is all restored.
