I bought this saw in the Summer of 2020 from the original owner who had retired and was selling his unused tools which have been sitting in a shed. By the appearance of some pretty established rust on the base of the cabinet it has been a while and maybe sat in a barn or someplace without a concrete floor. The top and internals are all nice and clean and free. I thought he said early 60's when he bought it new, but the numbers on the Guelph side of Delta aren't that revealing to be more specific on a date. It has the Cast base and the internals seem in good shape, one of the belts is gone so a new set should be in order and the original arbor nut is pretty beat up, but I have a new one for it. I want to strip and paint the cabinet for sure
