Purchased and restored in 2005. In service in my hobby shop. Used primarily for resawing. Machine was factory fitted with a 4 speed Western gearbox for a General Motors' Flint, MI plant. They purchased a dozen or so with this specification. Also factory fitted with premium Paddock guides and Carter wheels. I replaced the original worn-out tires with new Carter neoprene tires. Also upgraded the blade tension spring to achieve higher tension. History information and spring obtained from Ron Smith, Moak Repair Parts Company, L.L.C.
