This is a Universal Woodworker that was for sale a while back from Don Simpkins located in Demorest GA. Machine has a 12" Jointer, 12" Table Saw, 26" Band Saw and the horizontal borer (not shown in the pictures). Some models also had a reversible shaper on them.

This machine was partially disassembled but all of the parts were there. The machine has since been sold.
