I don't own this. I am just saving the images here.
The seller described it as a 12" X 2" grinder. Said it was a buffer but someone made guards for it.
It is listed as 220 volt, single phase.
In the third picture, you can see a sheet metal cover over the area where an exposed brush ring shows up in one of the other Hobart listings.
