This is not my tool.
I spotted this on E--y. This is a Narrow Automatic Hand Band Saw Setter. It appears in the 1905 catalog page 36. Could not determine if it is a No. 82 or No.83. The difference being the No.82 will set blades of 1/8", 1" wide where as the No.83 is for 1/8", 3" wide.
