I believe that this is a combination of two different Atlas lathes. A 10" headstock mounted on a 12" bed and stand with a homemade adapter plate to raise the headstock up to the centerline of the tailstock.

Not 100% sure on this. If anyone has any insight as to the year and size of the headstock, please let me know. The serial number I have listed, 104562, was found on a tag located on the bed of the lathe.
