Purchased in 2012 in Portland Ore. for $700, complete with goose egg motor cover which kept the original bullet motor in near pristine condition. Had the motor serviced and rewired by Central Electric in Portland. "It'll last you another 100 years," they said. Replaced the arbor bearings, installed new belts, and found era-appropriate rip fence and miter gauge to replace the Biesemeyer home edition fence and mismatched miter gauge it came with. Replaced the original black Bakelite knobs (was missing one) with metal knobs and am currently awaiting a metal ball switch to replace the light switch I have now. Details! Biggest transformation was in the paint after cleaning with simple green and a light directional steel 0000 wool rub. A few coats of paste wax every year keeps it looking youthful! Runs strong and smooth and I absolutely love it.

Top in great shape. Hand wet sand with 400 grit and paint thinner or WD40 to keep it bright.
