Referenced on page 41 of the 1925 Union Mfg Co. catalog (with sticker on cover withdrawing prices, dated May 15, 1926), indicated by code word "sour." VM document No. 18168.pdf.

Disassembly revealed a repairable through-crack in the cam ring (not pictured).
