Purchased on ebay from a seller in Southern California. The machine was used in an old machine shop that went out of business and was then acquired by a machinist who used it in his home shop prior to him passing away. The ebay seller purchased this machine and several lathe chucks from the estate sale. The widow of the machinist says the machine was used to make some parts for Disneyland, in Anaheim, CA.

After disassembly, cleaning and repainting. The original coating was a thick, oily black material. Catalog illustrations appear to show a textured finish so I tried to duplicate that with textured black paint over epoxy sealer.
